Ok so I found a 2004 awd aviator with 100k on it at good price 9k the only things needed to be done front brakes wheel hub. The dealer told me he'll take 500 if I take it as is or pay the 9k and they will fix the issues. It has navi I think it's a limited anyway to all the aviator owners does...

thisi is how it looked like before i made it to fit. the gap for me was the coners of the bumper. now the lip fits it there is zero gap between the bumper and lip

finished the fitment just need to paint it but anyway here it is once agian i used a heat gun to re-shape the lip to better fit the bumper

as promised the pictures not painted yet but fittment is much better
