Use the little light in the ashtray. Unless yours does not light up with your light switch. You could always use the parking light wire at the light switch. I have an 04 and I got it at the ashtray.
I got to see it tonight Yea I'm steve hock they dont show a whole lot of me but I got in there a few times. I was doing dash work in every shot they had of me. I guess you could say I was on the darkside crew, but Kenny Fong doesn't do any work on the car, all that footage of us was filmed at...
The shop i work at will be featured on Rides the HHR build off on TLC Tonight. Look for the guy doing the dash work from Audio Concepts, my name is Steve (the Heckler) if they do show me. Enjoy.

The episode will air on 9/20 there are four different HHR's being build on the same episode so I dont know how much I'll be in it. That means about 5 minutes spent on each car.
Eclipse need a grounded wire thats all the pioneer has to be hooked up correctly to function right it uses a combination ways to make sure you did not try to bypass it. In my opinion DONT BYPASS IT. It is way to dangerous to you and other people on the road. Not to mention the crazy fines.
