i took my distributor out to clean/inspect it...now can someone please help me set my TDC?

other thoughts? i have air, spark, and fuel, checked distributor looks good....checked TFI module looks good, changed spark plugs.....looks like a weaker than normal spark...iam leaning toward an ignition coil.
