What type of stuff is the best to add for increased horsepower? I've already thought about the cobra intake with tornado and an ecu chip. The easier the better.

I've put of 4 Octastar wheels with four almost new tires. They all have over 95% tread (one has a little side wear). The wheels are in very good condition too with only a slight scuffs on the outer areas on two of them (lots of pictures). Since you'll be burning rubber all the time with these...
