2000 TC ticking 4.6L Dude, it's a lifter type of tic. not a busted piston knock. Engine still runs fine. gas milage still good.

I have a loud ticking comming from driver side valve cover. Like a bad lifter tic. engine runs ok and milage is still good. Any advice on rockers/cam/lifters?

Is there a site which would give to proceedure for replacing the heater core? I hope to not have to remove the entire dash to acomplish this. Thanks.

my 2000 TC had a bad conection in the bloer wiring harness right where it goes into the motor housing, so I replaced it 2 months ago. Now the blower doesn't work on any speed. I have 12 volts at the black wire but NO ground at the orange /blk strip wire. Checked fuses,relays and even replaced...

I have a TC 2000, 4.6L with 200,000 on it. I have a ticking noise in engine. Sounds like it's comming from drivers side valve cover in the front. engine runs good and good milage too Any Advice? rocker arm /lifter/camshaft problems?

Hi, 2 months ago I replaced the blower motor because of a loose connection where wiring goes thru the morot housing. All was fine til recenly it stopped working. Tested fuse, have 12 volts to black wire to motor, but do NOT have ground to the orange /blk striped wire side. Checked relays. ok...

Hi, Does anyone know where I could find info about replacing the heater core. I am an experienced mechanic but just don't wish to rip the dash out if there is an easier softer way. Thanks
