    Just Replace The Column And Be Done With It PLEASE DON'T BEAT YOUR CAR TO DEATH, iF YOU DID NOT HAVE A BAD COLUMN THEN YOU COULD BUY A LEATHER LACE ON COVER FOR THE WHEEL OR EVEN THE EXTRA THICK ONE AND PAD THE WHEEL, PLEASE DO NOT KEEP ON BREAKING YOUR CAR, ITS NOT NICE

    You have to use the right bolts and screw them in all the way, try again! Oh yes I forgot to mention---once you have drawn the puller tight and a little bit more you strike the thightening screw with a hammer a couple of times, never, never tighten it so much that you pull out all the threads...

    oh yeah the coffee can thing is for the vacuum accessories mainly the heater and A/C system so that they work, smoothly and when the car is off for holding the vents closed or open I do not remember, the brake has its own reservoir, also the rear windows have been forced at one timeor another...

    did you try to put the front tires on the back, tighten the valve cover bolts, don't break them they are small so be gentle, just be sensitive and feel them stop, no more than a sugar bag or a little more of force, maybe two, go to a self car wash and wash off the accumulated oil, on the back...

    I doubt that it is the TPS more probably the temp sensor on the manifold behind the water outlet, (upper hose) unplug it and see, if it makes a difference, or not, is your check engine light on? it should be Regards
