Was the solenoid or at least the o-rings? Try a spray bottle with water and dish soap and spray down the bags. solenoids, and lines and look for bubbles.

I did the Magnaflow cat back kit which does not have a resonator. I like it but there is some drone.

Any update on getting the suspension error message turned off? I'll prob end up doing this int he next year or so and there are modules to turn off up to 04. no one sells 05+

Stopped at a deli for lunch yesterday and went to step out of my truck and crack the running board dropped a like two inches and was somewhat loose. The aluminum swing arm bracket/bushing housing was corroded to the point it disintegrated. lucky the ebrake cable help it up so I could get it home...

Please let us know if the dealer turns off the check air suspension message. I have a small leak that I am ignoring for now because none of the kit providers(also expedition struts bolt on) can turn off the message.

I would try and get it diagnosed before throwing parts at it. While COPs are a known issue it is not a definite fix. As mentioned check the battery/cables. Mine had a corroded negative terminal and I replaced the whole negative cable with a larger gauge. These cars do weird things when not...

I would also rebuild the rear while it's apart and if you don't have a limited slip dif now is the time.

Yes you transfer the MAF sensor over to the K&N intake tube. Worth it just for the growl, but def makes a couple HP. I had one on my 06.

Thanks Frank. If I can't open them up for a small projector I will try and cut open the back for a LED retrofit. I want to paint the chrome black so I;m hoping to get them open. They are only $30 each or so on amazon so I might buy one to mess with. Eric will do. I am planning a quad projector...
