Plugs are wet with water. But no water in oil.

Last night in South Texas In my city we had a bad rain out last night My 1998 Lincoln MARK viii 4.6L 32v dohc . Was under water... Not alot of water got in but my car will not turn over. I removed the plugs and 3 outa 8 where wet. Still car will not turn over. Just getting a click sounds...

Have a 1998 Lincoln Mark viii. LSC. my sunroof is up on the driver side and will not retract back. Need some hlp getting this fix asap.

My check engine light came on today. Codes read p0133?.. need hlp on how to replace them?. O ya I just replace the transmission 5-23-16. Could this be a problem . 1998 Lincoln Mark 8. LSC V8.
