Swapped filters... Same problem... Not low on oil, but I have that dry startup rattle.... Crap!

Need to confirm... I start the car after it cools down.... Say 2 hours or more....and I get a nasty rattle for 3 seconds... It then is quiet as can be... I can rev to 6 grand and no problems.... I'm assuming primary tensioners.... Since they run off oil pressure... Secondaries make noise...

Both these refer to the mustang 2v coil... The polarity is reversed on the 4v to match our cars already..... So why not use these? I want to replace the three having issues, but......

So why is it we can't use the 4.6 DOHC coils on our cars? The polarity on the coils is already reversed like ours and we don't have to go through hell and a hand basket moving wires around..... Is it simply because they can't be bolted down?

I paid 6500 for my 04 LSE... You can do better...

Got a cluster from an 05, but the part numbers do not match... Ford tells me that is was used after 8/04, and may not work... I thought all 03-06 v8 clusters were identical?

Unknown....So it has to be replaced then? Crap! And then, do I have to take the car to Lincoln to program it? Or can I just swap another in? I have one from an 05 with similar mileage....I thought I would have a no start condition if I swapped it so it is sitting... I want to be sure... Lol

It doesn't read correctly, at 1/4 tank, its really empty.... That's the issue, at full. It's off the scale.

I did try to search first... Can you integrate iPod into the factory deck on the aux input? Curious.....

can a gen 2 intake be put on a gen 1 motor? I know that the throttle bodies would have to change... along with the fact that unit was set for DBW... but I would like to know if it could be done...
