It's the same pattern. Cylinder 1 is on the passenger side at the front of the car.

There's the PIE adapter but it looks like you have an '03...from what I've seen, '03 is kind of the bastard year and there isn't one out for the non-nav 2003 models...really pisses me off because I'd like to do that myself...

I just had a little incident on my way home from Orlando...truck tire hit my passenger side mirror, knocked out the glass and busted the puddle lamp pod. I ordered the glass and the lamp individually to repair my mirror. The puddle lamp *is* available by itself from Ford...it ain't cheap though...
