My rear neon stoplamp & ballast recently stopped working on my 98 Mark VIII & searching through previous threads I found that there's someone that upgrades them for cheap. Anyone have his current email & knows if he still upgrades them? Any info will be appreciated. Thanx.

I have a 98 Mark VIII with an unusual problem. While driving and with the EATC unit off, the blend door sounds like it's operating. Not sure if I have a defective EATC unit that's powering up the blend door actuator while the display is off or if it's normal. Just wondering if anybody has had...
