I have the same issue with my 2000 LS. The T-fitting cracked where the 5/16" (8mm) hose barb came off. I tried 3 different suppliers including the Factory-specified Motorcraft part, and everything is the same except the new part has too large a nipple for the 45-degree outlet. Mine is 3/4"...
