I hitmy shutter offer almost every day on the way to work and it feels like 110 or so. I beleive the 116 mph shut off is right.now all of this is on z-rated tires so i feel comfortable doing it.

drag racing are we ? well for one the c4 itself, bellhousing,torque converter , kickdown cable i dunno about your transmission crossmember, driveshaft might need modification. No idea how your gonna get it to connect to your stock shifter designed for O/D. Not sure on the speedometer cable...

yeah WTF ? the "slingshot" I don't think so. try your "slingshot" out against another mark wit the driver punching it and holding the gears to redline i guarantee he will be quicker.
