    Lug Nut Heads Up

Just a heads up, for all of you that have the factory, almost 5$ lug nuts, the break very easily, just like me. Convertible Sebring lug nuts fit, just gotot he chysler dealer, they're chrome, and one peice, and fit, and are about 2$'s instead of almost 5. Next time you mess up a lug nut, you...

Thinking of getting an 2000 V8 LS...

I faxed my membership stuff in the other day, but haven't recieved a phone call yet. So I couldn't log in if I wanted to. Anyhow, do you have any links, or info? I'm VERY interested, as is everyone else. Mike

Thinking of getting an 2000 V8 LS...

Wrong. Wrong indeed, the LS8 has a fairly unique motor. But it's not bolting up that's the problem, or the physcial supercharger that's the problem, it's the PCM. No one yet has cracked the PCM, therefore you can't compinsate the extra air from the supercharger/turbo with extra fuel, or...

    Auxillary Controls

I have the same system, just making sure it works with the 6-disc in dash alpine, I'm sure you understand. Mike

    Remote start/heated seats

I was also thinking it would be fairly easy to add rear heated seats. You can get the elements(upper and lower) for 60 bucks from ford parts network. The big killer is the switches, maybe I could find them on another LS, or junked out. Then mount the switches on the left and right side of the...

    Remote start/heated seats

I saw the module, but me and my buddy made my own "U" to bypass the ignition, using a relay off the remote start, old voice coil wire out of a sub, and a cut valet key. I can give up the valet, and speding the 10 bucks on parts, rarther than 50-90 was tempting. That module sounds nice to, but...

    found on ebay

it looks like it more than caught on fire. Seems like it was wrecked as well. Good deal though, you could probably part it out for quite a bit more, or start on some kind of engine build up project. Anyhow, it's very possibly to catch a car on fire playing with the headlights. Especially...

    heater vents

Ozman dealership, theres no shipping to get it from ford. Just 4 dollars and 20 cents with tax. Mike

    Auxillary Controls

And this works with the in-dash alpine 6-dsc changer? Just verifying before I spend 100 bucks. Mike

    heater vents

Just ordered mine from ford. $4.20 cents.

    heater vents

I found this on the ford parts network site: W/o message center 02-04 $44.95 $0.00 $37.76 Instrument panel - Instrument panel - Air vent - Center You woudn't need the message center, since we just want the metal clips. If we can't find anyhting else, I'd go half and half with you...

    Remote start/heated seats

No idea. I don't have a chiltons or haynes. I need to look though. The circuit is a really easy circuit based on a 741 op-amp, and a thermistor, maybe cost like 5-15 dollars to make, depending on where you get the parts. Mike

    Happen to Anyone Else?

Twice. My car has mysteriously died. Both times when I stopped after getting off the highway. Hasn't done it in months. Really not sure what the problem was at all. Mike

    Auxillary Controls

I'm not sure how it would work with the in dash 6. Since there really is no other "input" to select. In the non in-dash 6-disc, there's a input ont he back of the radio for it. But I wouldn't imagine that the in-dash has that same input. This is just a guess. But I'm fairly sure those units...
