That's exactly what the dealer told me. The noise is REALLY annoying...I wish they could fix it. But at least it doesn't make the sound every time we hit 2500 RPM. Oh well...thanks for the update.

hrlincoln...I own a 05 Ultimate and get the EXACT same noise. It's really bugging me. I also took it in and the dealer said it was "normal". He said it had something to do with the THX navigation system and AdvanceTrac. It sounds like an electic generated noise on the drivers side coming...
