    1996 Mark VIII HID Ballast

    Can anyone help a Newbie with his Headlights. The Drivers side is dim, the passenger side is fine. I have been told that to get a ballast from Lincoln comes with the complete headlamp assembly @ $830.00 Any help would be :) Thanks Chuck
