painting your calipers is the strangest thing ive ever seen. people think its a hardcore 'mod' lol it looks retarded on any car its ever been done to.

this is exactly why my lincoln went into the shop: your problem is one of the following 1. Thermostat 2. Radiator (mine was cracked) 3. A/C Condenser (also cracked) 4. bleed your whole system, there are plenty of discussions on how to do this, or why it is the way it is 5. rad. cap

wish i could help you my 2000ls has a horrible time starting up sometimes, but never dies like that, i do get a shake here and there however

well as you may know the car overheated the other day and gave me a screen saying 'reduce in engine power'. the dealership said it blew the thermostat and the entire radiator! so the lincoln will have all new parts again from ford!!! unfortunetly the battery is also bad, why doesnt the warranty...

i have a 2000ls8 as well and notice the blasted ticking in drive thrus all the time...drives me nuts...id love to know what it is

you need to do 5% all the way around, anything else is just a waste of money

that would make sense if it was the aux. fan running... i saw some wires melted to what looked to be a alum pipe right next to the radiator...so well see, i hope its something covered by warranty... it looks as if its almost time to let the lincoln go to a good home... spend 115$ in gas 1 one...
