C1233 - Right Front Wheel Speed Circuit Open or Shorted
C1255 - EBCM Internal Malfunction
..... Hub/bearing needs to be replaced. Then see if the EBCM will fix itself after R&R-ing the hub/bearing and reseting the codes.
There's no real easy way to go about doing it. It's a PITA no matter how you go about it. The first thing you shoud do is make sure you have a clutch adapter for the proportioning valve near the drivers side rear wheel. Take it to napa or someplace and you should be able to find one. I found it...
Get your tires "Road force" balanced. Those machines are the best of the best. Look it up on google. I think their site even has a locator to find one near you.
You have a bad alternator, or the connections to the alternator corroded away. Most likely the alternator rather than the connections though. All the lights came up because the modules weren't getting enough power. You were experiencing power loss because the ICM wasn't getting enough juice at...
Code I039 will set if the ignition is on and the IPC is not able to exchange data with the RSS module. When this is the only communication code stored, the problem must be one of the following:
An open in CKT 800 between the Electronic Brake and Traction Control Module (EBTCM) and RSS module...
It's a good thing that the SES light came on because that means that there is a code stored in the system. I'm not sure about there being a fuel limiter though. The code will be the best place to start in your diagnosis of the problem. In cadillacs you can retrieve the codes without a scanner...

You're lucky
Hey warehousebuddy, You're lucky. Your car has the CVRSS system in it which means that the RSS module does measure the resistance in that circuit unlike the 93-96 RSS systems which measured the inductance in the dampering valves rather than the resistance.
Before you do...
