That is actually very helpful, havent seen the cam phasers come up anywhere but it atleast doesnt sound so bad that my timing will skip itself. I did also notice just recently that there is some extra tick coming from the passenger side of the engine which I though was timing chain going...

Anyone?

It is a gen 2, it sounds just like secondaty tensioners might be the problem, but all I found around here is that its almost impossible for that to be a problem, and if I have to replace the whole timing chain system I would rather just drive it until it dies instead. The rattle on start up...
