Just picked up my 04 LS V8 from getting most of the coolant hoses done. Just got home after driving around and as I was parking I heard a air sound when I pressed the brake pedal. What could this be?

i'm thinking it might be the ddcv. stupid ass mechanics probably did not use OEM and used a after market part instead. Now that i'm reading the service receipt the DCCV part number xw4z18495aa says "all applicable models" next to it.

Just notched a small leak coming from the passenger side after the replacing the DCCV, Thermostat & Upper Hose 2 months ago. It's around the same spot the last leak was at. What other hose's or parts are around that side that might cause a leak? Really pissed because I was just about to order...

I have a 04 V8 sport. I'm just trying to figure out how to tackle this rattle situation. Just started happening this week. Idk if its the cover that covers the amp and speakers in the trunk, its kind of loose because its hanging off the plastic screws.

This problem is happening with me now. Rattle when the bas gets heavy on the right side. I know this is a dumb question but what are the grills everybody is talking about?

Changing the solenoid pack and filter in the trans and I wanted to know how many quarts of Mercon do I need to fill it back up.

Over this past summer I had a leak on the passenger side. It turned out to be a leak on the upper radiator hose and on the dccv, i also needed a new thermostat housing.

Need to do the coils because I been having serious misfires. I want to do the wire too with the spark plugs but can't find them anywhere don't even know what brand to look for. Would appreciate some help. 04 v8 sport

I bought a new message control panel from eBay brand new not to long ago for $84. It's very easy to replace.

Going to change my spark plugs and coils this weekend. I had a mechanic change them last October but I used cheap coils and now I'm paying the price with all kind of misfires and car rides like ****. I just wanted to know what does having the spark plugs gapped mean? 04 V8 Sport

Been wanting to lower my LS too. Also wanted to put some spacers to have the tires stick out more for a aggressive look. I just don't know where to start or what to look for.
