It was the IAC V and it was driving ok, it was just making this weird breathy noise and if you tapped on the IAC V it would stop it. It's good now. I had to use a Motorcraft IAC. The other brand was very bad and made the car drive wacky.

Now we are going to try to change the degas bottle : )

We pulled down the headliner and attached the 4 hoses on the top. Now there is leaking from a lower point??? Maybe the other end of the hose??? It's not visible under the bottom "seat" portion of the seat cushion. We pulled that up. The water looks like it might be coming from behind the...

Hi, 2002 Lincoln LS - I think the sunroof is leaking but not from the top, we fixed that. The water is coming from somewhere lower behind the backseat, draining down into the back floor. Is there a diagram for the hose system anywhere? Or anyone else had this problem? Thank you!

Wow! How strange the other sites I checked said it didn't fit. I am not sure about the location of the switch yet, but will be looking for the leak location tomorrow. I hoped this is where our leak is because if this is not it, I will probably have to go to the mechanic.

We have a 2002 LS V6 and I looked up this part >>> 1W4Z-3N824-DA and it says it doesn't fit my LS Does the V6 have a different switch?

Thank you! I think it's the shoulder / side part of the seat that we were hung up on. To find the bolts for those we had to remove the bottom seat cushion and then crawl in the trunk and pop the tabs. Just writing this in case anyone comes by wondering how to do it.
