could someone explain what this is and does. having transmission rebuilt, but can get in the shop for 2 weeks. also going to have a c6 done too for my 77 mkV . putting in a stroked 460/514 with a tunnel ram .

thank for the info i am going to have it rebuilt $1100 and thats the high side . i bought the car for 250. the traning was to be bad but i drove it for a year.
