    Stock bags new controller

I have the tester, used it to try and solve the issue but no luck. I have ohm'ed the wires and they are fine, swapped valves on the rear and same thing. I know that there were a lot of problems with the system from the factory, and the bird is an 88 LX with a turbo coupe nose swap

    Check Air Ride

I got my front air struts from AutoZone, brand name Westar. I am trying to save you the troubles I went through with incorrect information. And i understand that AutoZone has a life time guarante, I don't want you to have the same issues I did with the torque specs being wrong. Putting the...

    Check Air Ride

If you are going to be getting the Westar Front Air Struts from Autozone, beware. I had to replace the front left three times, due to the studs snapping off. I torqued them to 35Lbs, anything over and they snapped off.

    Check Air Ride

Is the Digital display saying to check Air Ride? Check out this video, it helped me. If not then there should be a two wire plug going to the compressor. Check for continuity with an OHM meter to see if there is anything burnt in the motor, make two jumper wires to carry 12v from the battery to...

    Check Air Ride

I worked on the car whenever I had free time. So added up, it took me about 5 days to reinstall all of the factory air suspension parts. I did fix mine, I fixed it today. After the prosses of elimination, I found that the "new" solid state relay was no good, so I messed around and found a Ford...

    Check Air Ride

Still no tester, but I found someone that would let me test my computer in their car. The computer works, their solenoids clicked and pumped the bags. What else would cause the solenoids to not open?

I checked the wires to the solenoids and found no issues. I pulled the computer and cleaned the contacts, still nothing. I am looking into one of the SuperStar testers, just need to pick it up.

Did some poking around and found that there is no power to the solenoids. The pump is making great pressure and signals to the height sensors are good. What could be the cause of no power to the solenoids?

    Check Air Ride

This is the first time that I have tried with the new bags. How high should I have the car? What is the factory ride height? Do I need to have the trunk switch off? I might be able to get my hands on one of the SuperStar II.

    Check Air Ride

I have a 97 Mark VIII, I've had the car for about 3 months now. When I bough the car, the previous owner had it converted to struts and springs. I have replaced all with new bags, solenoids, pump, dryer, and air lines. Reinstalled the pump computer and the height sensors. Turn the key and the...
