Had the similar thing, no liquid around car, but did smell coolant when running. Seems on the plastic thermostats housing where the on engine fill cap is, that developed a seam crack that opens under the higher pressure-temperature. It evaporates steam and leaves little liquid. Visually...

Hi All, 2004 LS V8 Sport is at ~90K and feeling over-aged. Sure rides nice, put some of those BFG Comp-2 AS's on in mid-2016 just after purchase. Bought this for the younger kid to use, as the practical Town Car was just too old-foogy. But I sure like driving it when it's actually working...
