Found the 1993 manual, the fuse you speak of in 1993 is apparently fuse 10 in the under dash fuse box not fuse 4 like in the 97-98 and the wire to that fuse is all dark green yellow.

Ok, unplug the relay and pump then try a new fuse to see if it blows. If it does try unplugging the module then reinstalling the fuse. If it blows again you have a shorted power wire to the module and will have to trace it or its a shorted module. Unplugging all items in that circuit and ohming...

Add a piece of triangle metal to the end of the original grey arm with a small nut and bolt to install it to the broken arm like i had to do with mine, works perfectly.
