You don't have reset the codes.

I'd tell them that you already did the throttle body and the car is under warranty for the coils and you want those replaced now. Good luck

I had the exact same problem and threw the 2 exact codes you are getting about a year ago. The also told me the same thing that i needed a new throttle body, i first told them just to replace the coils and i'll go from there. They would not replace all 8 coils! they replaced 2 the first time...

Yeah i do have a 03 but i don't want a black bezel, that would look horrible! How much am i going to have to modify the satin nickel bezel? Does anyone know?

It's probably your coils, Is your service engine light on? The coils are covered under 07M07 thru Lincoln up to 100,000 miles. That's what i just went thru. If your service light is on go to Autozone or your local auto parts store and get your code for free.

Well guys got the car back today, only took them a day this time, not the 5 days like the first time, they replaced coils 6,7. 4 down. hopefully i can keep the car a couple of days this time!
