Anyone had to change out the cabin air filter on a 2017 Continental? I believe it is behind the glove box. Having trouble getting the glove box out that is closest to the console. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jim

Me either. I have replaced u-joints and driveshafts before on other vehicles. I have never seen one do what mine has done.

I don't see any deep grooves cut into it. I was thinking something got wedged up between the driveshaft and the tunnel and possibly cut a groove in it and that caused it to get weak and come apart. Thanks for the reply. Jim

No, transmission didn't seize. It went into gear with no problem. I don't know what caused it.
