Five flashes, or ten flashes (repeating periodically) usually means the circuit to the air bag actuator is open - usually the "watchspring" wire in the steering wheel.
Sometimes when the symptom is O2 Sensor the problem is actually the Mass Airflow Sensor carboned up. (O2 sensors rarely fail on these cars) - I've had a '94 and a '91, 200K on the one and 150K on the other, and had this issue once in a while.

On my 94 it was on a little maybe 1/2" x 1" white paper sticker on the right-hand "arm" of the two arms that attach to the trunk lid and go down to the hinges. It is a 5-digit number.
