    Just got this 2003 with 37k miles. It came with the complete Wings West kit and 3 piece spoiler as well as a Borla Catback and a pretty decent sound system, otherwise basically stock and well maintained.

    I figured as much, might as well replace all the coils while I'm at it :( All plugs get checked. I also side gap as well. Look it up.

    So got it all buttoned down, did both tensioners, gaskets, new plugs and it has a misfire at idle.....:( Did a power balance test and found like 3 bad coils but they were fine before the car was parked. Anyone heard of coils going bad from sitting? A few had oil on them from when I parked from...

    Usually its about 50-75 each when I would powdercoat calipers. They would have to be taken apart and rebuilt. Those covers are as gay as balls touching

    2001 lincoln ls v8 running too lean

    Options.. Replace fuel filter Check voltage going to fuel pump Remove injectors and send them out for flow testing and cleaning. I use RC Injectors Pull valve covers and make sure that the exhaust cam hasn't skipped a tooth or two.

    I forgot all about that in addition to the tensioner having over an inch of travel for slack. I figured once the flats are lined up and the chain is set and tight it couldn't be off more than a few degrees so yes you are correct.
