Whats the ultimate consequence? I got a little vibrating but I can live with it. Dont have a lot of money right now how long can i go with out getting it fixed. Is it safe to drive?

Question can you replace a rear bearing with buying the entire hub assy? Been looking around a I know you can buy the bearing but after talking to the Lincoln dealer, all I keep hearing is.....its $900 for the whole thing. Anyone?

yea sorry about the quality of the vid thats the G1 for ya, its def the humming i changed the cv axle, the hub assy, and i still get the humming i might jus change the bearing again

look guys i got doped, i heard the vibrating made the guy get in the car and ride with me, he swore that he would fix it, even gave me a "3 month 30,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty" and told me i would have to pay for anything. come to find out the warranty is for internal engine and tranny...

thanks, turns out the original dealer where i bought the car from replaced the parts with USED PARTS and so the vibrating continues. idk if this is the reason for the vibrating but Ive checked and the new parts are about 600 looks like ill be coughing that up. its the knuckle, hub and bearing...

my uncle is a mechanic and he replaced the hub which turned out to be the entire assembly.....but the traction control light and the ABS lights are still on any help?

Guy at the Lincoln said it looked like they got a used one and threw it on there

Just an update guys, took the car to the local Lincoln service center and they told me that it was the hub, it is now causing a problem with the ABS and the traction control. The repair shop at the place where I bought the car claims they replaced that already so idk what to do Thanks for replies
