i just had the same code. im pretty sure i had the pcv (i think that was the part) leak and i fixed that. but i had the code come up again. the weird thing is if i have my car in park while idling the car will shut off has anyone heard of anything like that happening, because of a vacuum leak.

i already tried to tighten it but i dont have the tools. my tool kit is limited and very basic. but i will take it tomorrow and they recently started squeaking so they will be replaced i just need a way from and to work for now

my problem was just the pump actuator. its just a solenoid that controls the flow of the hydraulic fluid to run the fan. i had pretty much the same problems as you no shop knew what it was they told me my pump could be bad or my fan motor is going out. the director of sales at my lincoln...

i feel the same way, its one thing after another after another. i finally fixed mine from overheating and now something else is going wrong with it.

were is the ball joint? I looked at what i think is the ball joint, right inside my tire at the very bottom. One side has no threads showing and one side has maybe four. But also my front end looks like it is lower than normal, and it is causing my tire to rub. would that be from the ball...

try the hydraulic pump acuator i had the same problem replace resevoir bottle, t-stat, still overheating. so i took it to a radiator shop and they said its either the fan motor or the hydraulic pump. so i went to lincoln to buy parts and the sales man told me a mechanic just had the same problem...
