If there are any new ones out there for a good price, I'd jump on that. Like the others said, get Fomoco parts installed w/3 year warranty either by Ford/Lincoln or a reputable and competent tranny rebuilder. IMHO I would not suggest AAMCO ( All Automatics Must Come Out ) ;)

I had those same wheels that came original on my 2005 Sport V8. Hope that helps.

That really sounds like either the belt tensioner or idler pulley. Heard that noise before on my old Crown Vic. replaced both and a new belt and all was right with the world.

I had the rear drivers side caliper E-brake mechanism on the caliper hangup/stick really bad. I picked up a replacement at O-Reilly's, painted the outside of the caliper and it worked flawlessly until I sold the car. Hope this helps.

One thing I may add, Hooking up the hose that is coming from the bottom of the De-gas bottle to the rigid aluminum tube was a PITA. Very little room there against the fire wall and the brake booster.
