    Oh, they are DEFINITELY the same ball joint. The rear ball joint # by Moog cross references several times. I found this from the number you gave me. All of those numbers cross to Motorcraft MCS104217 XF1Z-3V050-AA, which I used on the front also. Cross Reference Part Numbers for Moog K500208...
