my friend has a 97 deville and the ignition is giving him problems. When he goes to turn on the car it will not turn over and a signal will come up telling him to try again in 3 min. It will start every so often. Anybody know anything.

I mean If you have installed cams from a 96-98 cobra. then tuned the car

My next step is to get the head off. I need to get the break booster out but I can only find 3 nuts on the inside. Do I have to take out the pushrod? Is there a hidden bolt? I need to know everything obout getting the brake booster out.
