What do you mean? Given the power and money, any car can run 10's. No one chooses big cars because they would cost too much to do.

Does your town car always have the air running? Do the windows only fog up when the blower motor is running? I'd say you got good advice, heater core is probably toast. Have fun fixing it. Only took about 25 minutes on minne, but it's a 78

Are you parking on hills, and are you using your emergency brake? Sounds like all you need for the rolling, would be to re-adjust your emergency brake. What do you mean by it feels real weird when it shifts? Is it banging into gear, is it jerking the car?

I don't know. I don't really like digital dashes. I would look for some sort of sending unit, that has gone amock, otherwise, follow the flow of traffic untill you get the shop manuals and can diagnose the problem.
