Not sure where all this flaming is coming from - just cuz I didn't know that Ford uses ATF for power steering fluid? Even if I did know that piece of (in this case, useless) information it wouldn't have helped me identify where the leak was coming from - or help me fix it.

@ Lucky LS - probably exhaust at some point. Already have a great aftermarket stereo.. @joegr - I don't know how everyone else reads the owners manual, but I don't sit down one night and read it cover to cover... I typical read about the features figuring out how to operate what is inside...

I just put on a set of the Hankook Ventus V4 (back when Ford did their tire clearance sale during the summer) - buy four get $100 back (not a bad gig I thought)... I really like the tires, real quiet, warm up pretty quick and they are all season as well... I am a highway warrior - cruising at...

So I won't lie, I have considered myself pretty lucky since buying my LS back in May of this year... For it being a 2003 with (at the time) 54K on it, seemed like a pretty good buy for just at 10 grand... Then after owning it and reading the posts on here, I felt even more lucky, that I wasn't...

It is a stock color - just pretty rare... I have seen one other LS in the Kansas City area this color - though the windows arent tinted and it was bring driven by an old lady... As for the tint, its not turning purple - prolly just the filter I had on the camera and the angle of the light...

Thanks for all the love on the ride! I didn't realize that it was such a weird color till I actually got on here. Whoever owned it before me, took really good care of it - when I bought this past may it had 56K on its ticker. For a 2003, that is remarkable... Sure I had to get two coil packs...

So my LS is still in the body shop. . . I went to take delivery this past thursday, and imagine my surprise when they installed a TAN dash where their used to be a light gray dash. . . Needless to say I was slightly upset, especially since I had to argue with the b*tch in charge of my repairs...

SOOOO - I am trying to figure out what stereo that my car came with stock. Insurance is giving me 1,500 for replacing the navigation unit that was taken when my car was jacked. See thread "Really?! D@mn Thieves". I am looking on Crutchfield and they are asking if I have the 4 speaker or 12...
