the bumper is not the LSE bumper so no... it's the LS bumper with the rounded rectangular fog lamps

04 LS - Front bumper cover with fog lamps (not LSE) black, make reasonable offer. 04 LS - Rear license plate housing with chrome trim. Both parts came off when car had 26K miles and were replaced with LSE trim. Paing in great condition and the plate housing is perfect with no blemishes.

For what it's worth, I have an '04 LS and had the remote start installed. The installer at the dealer hooked up my remote to roll up my windows and roof if I hold down the lock key. So there is a way to do it, just need to figure out how to sense rain and turn it on.
