When you park your car do you

always find yourself glancing at it as you walk away?

I find that everytime I park the Lincoln LS I have take a few glances at it. I was just curious because I did not know if I was obsessive compulsive or it is just the love I have for the car.:p

What about you guys?
 
a always do it to make sure my windows roll up, and she's a beaut

Yup, all the time.

It feels even better when i catch someone else staring at it!
 
Yeah, I like to tell myself that it's to make sure windows are up, lights are off, etc but I can't help it... :)
 
Is it sad that I knew what this thread was about before I even clicked it? Yes it is. I wish I had eyes in the back of my head so I don't look like such a dork walking backwards all the time.
 
I do too. I even try to get parking spots where I can stare at it the whole time I'm walking back to it :D .
 
for sure.... i also double and triple check to see if my doors are locked (no remote) i love my ls!
 
How about when you go out to eat?

Do you try to sit at the window closest to the car so you can stare at it?

Sometimes I circle till I find a spot near a window with no one sitting in it. Then I ask for that seat.


Oh another one I do. I leave the windows down all day so I have to go out and put them up at night ( my wife thinks this one is nuts ) then I start her up just so I can hear her run one last time and I leave the lights on auto so I can stare out my window till they go out. Looks mean at night!:D
 
Every time. Not just my car but all cars, I tell my fiance, "I am obsesed with cars, I need help." I think its a form of OCD.

actually, i'm at work and its parked right outside the window.
i usually get crap for parking way away from everyone- nothing irks me more than door dings from inconsiderate people.
 
Yup, I sure do. I usually park about a block away from where I work, straight down the steet so I can see it as soon as I exit the building; best 5 minute walk of the day. I'll always look for the red blinking "don't mess" light when I leave it too.
 
I will get coffee 2-3 times each am, so I can go to the windows to look out at the car...
We're all demented in some way...

Oh...you definately need help! :D

Maybe I do...I have done this with all of my cars past and present. :confused:
 
hell yea!!! i even stare at mine when I'm in my house from the couch.
I think the front features of an LS have hypnotic qualities (lol)
 
Right on the mark with being able to see it while inside the restaurant, although I do it more to make sure no one hits it.
