For anyone who cares.. Cassie and I are back home safe..

I'm working on the pics.. most turned out good but some great pics the camera did some bad stuff to them...

I'll be posting pics soon

Well Day One Took us from Boscobel to Chamberlain SD.

Half way through MN we got a flat tire on the rear. Guy who put my tires on didn't replace the rear valve stem.

Got it fixed at Tymms Bike Shop Charged me only $25 what a great guy.

Stopped in Mitchell SD to see the Corn Palace. Not quite finished yet.

We stopped at Chamberlain because of a strong storm the came in accross the plains.

Here are some pics of Day 2:

Day 2 started with light steady rain, a carry over from the storms from Day 1. We put on our rain gear and took off for the Bad Lands and of Course Wall Drug... LOL...

The rain broke about half way through SD and by the time we got to the Bad Lands the weather was nice.

But Before the Bad Lands we stopped at an old west town.

After the Badlands and Mount Rushmore we headed to Doc's Place...

Hey for all of you here on LvC... I would like to propose a meet at Doc's... It may not be a total car thing while there but it will be one hell of a party and a place to meet and have fun...

Doc is a great host and an extraordinary person, Cassie loved his humor and personality and really appreciated the chance to ride horses in the mountains.

Thanks again Doc... It was a honor to meet you and your staff (friends)... everyone it was a rush out there by you... I will be back...

The time at Doc's place started with a late night gourmet meal, that I wasn't expecting, great conversation and a wonderful nights sleep. We then had another fantastic meal for breakfast then 2.5 hours of horseback riding in the mountains, followed by another fantastic meal. Wow... it was a treat... and really made my daughter's trip extra special... Thank You again Doc... Thank You...

We left Doc and then headed to Cody, WY so we could get a good start at Yellow Stone the next day.

In Yellowstone Cassie got a great treat with the appearance of a Grizzly Bear that made it's way to the road side. Rangers were all over the area keeping gawkers safe. But guess where we were when the car in front of us decided to take a picture? Well let's just say that I got a good look at the teeth of the bear, While I was telling the car in front... Ummm... not protection here!! Please keep moving...

Our 4th day took us through Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons, then Dinner with Frogman and on to Pocatello, ID where fate would have us stuck for a day and a half as the water pump on my Goldwing died.

But thanks to the efforts of Frogman and his great ability to search! A water pump form y 22 year old bike was found in Salt Lake, UT. The local Honda deal could have one for me on the following Thursday. It was Saturday when I was at the dealer. A member of my Goldwing forum from BC Canada had a pump and was heading to may area on the coming Tuesday, but thanks to Frogman's efforts A pump was found closer. Frogman had offered to pick me up and trailer me to Salt Lake City a 9 hr excursion on his part or more. But thanks to a member of my Goldwing Forum a member from Salt Lake City picked up the pump and delivered it to me in Pocatello. This allowed our trip to continue through OR and to Crater Lake then to the Ocean.

Thanks again Frogman... you are a good friend.

Great pics Rich Looks like Cassie had the trip of a life time  Kind of half way expected to see you riding a cow instead of a horse. :D

Well I'm off for the weekend... Nice pic of Frogman.. I'm sure he'll love it. He does have a great sense of humor.. Though some may disagree.
