I do agree California has a huge homeless problem. It's also made worse by the fact that Red States/cities literally bus their homeless over here.

California losing population isn't necessarily a bad thing, considering our drought problems.

Trump losing the Republican nomionation and running in his own party as he's said he would is the the greater threat to any Republican candidate in 2024. In fact, one of the items the RNC is planning to push in the Republican primary debates come next year is to have all candidates pledge that they will not run 3rd party if they lose the nomination. This of course is 99.99% directed at Trump.

I am very confident Trump will likely not get the nomination and I am very confident he will run 3rd party so he can keep fleecing his cult. He's a conman above all else after all.

I have a better idea. It's called the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory test. It's required to work in Nuke plants.

Years ago it was 500 questions, (with about 50 major "red flag" questions. Last time I took it... it had been reduced to 300.

It will definitely filter out the "disturbed" people from the rest.

Personally.... the first people I would like to see take the test... is Biden, Harris... and Pelosi. ESPECIALLY Pelosi !!!

Maybe... maybe not. We probably will never know.

The first time I took it, (in my early 20's), there was a very demure middle aged woman that did fail. She was never seen again on the jobsite.

The test does work.

You think Trump would fail. I think Pelosi would fail.

But neither would take the test... because both would think they are above having to take the test. I can almost gaurantee Pelosi would refuse. Trump might go for it though. What then if he passed???

LOL... if you search Youtube videos... you will find some where the deer kicked the hunters butt.

The state I live in has some pretty strong restrictions for deer hunting. Minimum diameter caliber is .357... and all cartridges have to be "straight walled"... so that excludes most rifle calibers. There are a couple of exceptions that allow high power bolt action rifles.

On top of that... while an AR-15 can be used to hunt deer... a hunter is limited to 3 rounds in the magazine.

The other option is using a shotgun (and slugs), but once again the hunter is restricted to 3 rounds.

The only time a hunter is allowed more than 3 rounds... is for handgun hunting (think revolver).

So no one here is blasting away deer with 20 or 30 rounds.

Once again... you are ignorant.

Came home late last night..
and found 5 deer in my yard.

They are chewing my fruit trees down to twigs.

So I am probably going to file for a nuisance permit with the local DNR.
 
Then there's this... also known as "zombie deer". The deer may need to be tested, to see if the deer is safe for consumption.

On top of that Tuberculosis (Bovine TB) has been found in deer in a neighboring state.

Supposedly the meat is safe to consume if well cooked... but the big concern is the deer transmitting the TB to other livestock.

Strawman much? I made no comments on hunting and what can or can't be used. I said that a) I'm not interested in hunting b) that I don't have a problem with legal hunting and c) if I were to hunt for sport, I'd use a bow, like a real man.

As far you killing a bunch of defenseless hungry animals in your yard, seems you'll be doing it legally, so have fun I guess.

You seem to miss (or ignore) the point I made... that these deer could infect farmers livestock... especially goats, since they are a similar (related) species.

But as a typical "Lib"... once again you are clueless.

I wish I had the means to ship a few thousand deer to Cali. Not only would they decimate the foliage, but would also probably infect some deer related species.

THEN you would find out the nuisance they can be.
 
I'm as much of a wildlife/nature lover as anyone. I don't hunt, but I'm not anti-hunter, as long as they are doing it correctly. I very much appreciate the need for population control on deer. They can get out hand very quickly, and cause lots of trouble and destruction, and that's the healthy ones. We have a pretty bad outbreak of CWD here, so more than ever, we need the herds thinned out. We also have a big problem going with feral pigs, and hunters are encouraged to kill all that they find. Again, this is very much needed to be done.

I think this country is a former shadow of itself.

It's a sad day when a President allows spy balloons to gather data on this country, instead of shooting them down.

I could list a number of former Presidents... that would not have tolerated that.

(not for the better) "turning point".

Only an idiot would not see that the "new world order" is coming fast.

This country has always had the means (and right) to defend itself... by a citizen army... if necessary.

Without the 2nd Amendment... this country would be under the control of England today.

If that had happened... we would be subjects, instead of citizens.

Maybe you didn't get the memo? But those balloons were shot down once it was safe to do so and had a more likely chance of being recovered, for counter intelligence purposes.
