sorry to hear for the loss mujahid1994, but at least you're able to move on to something better. I just found a video of when I was driving through high water. This one was actually the lowest amount of water I had driven through that day (depth of water is visible during the beginning of the video.) I believe it was probably up to at least 3/4th the height of the stock rims. The most amount of damage was the belt slipping causing the car to over heat; a quick 15 minute break at the side of the highway and all was good.

You mean the LS?
I am confused. You said you removed and tested your starter, and then put a new starter on. You couldn't have done that without knowing where it was.
It's on the passenger side of the engine, low, but above oil pan level and towards the back. Crawl under and look up. You can't miss it.

Yess I did get a new starter but I'm taking it back and my brother switched it out but hes not here

And the guy that was taking it out for me got it stuck so now I can't get it out I will try again tomorrow and I saw a big crack under there it was leaking oil I guess

Surely, if you installed it, you tried to crank the seized engine with it. It's likely that did damage it, or at least shorten its life. Apparently, the attempt damaged your original starter. You said it tested as bad.

Honestly I call BS on most of this story... but don't IF your actually taking it out, you see the difficulty of it, don't ruin someone elses day buy returning a part you've damaged. Your the one chose to throw parts at it, instead of listening to the advise here that would have cost you nothing....

I have a warranty on it what is the problem?? And I told them I might be bringing it back

but your going to return it for money (as a not used item)!!!!... and they are going to put it back on the shelf to sell to the next guy...
A warranty will get you a new starter (NOT CASH BACK)... for a car that doesn't run. plus you have to prove it doesn't work for the warranty! which you will be unable to do! Honestly I'm not going to share more info for you to use to scam the parts company..

So guys did yall see my picture of the crack under the engine ****s crazy and I never did get the starter out it got stuck a long with my socket I guess it was a sign from god returning it wasn't nice at all and I got a new car now it's a dodge charger

This Lambo didn't do too badly..... The local news said it was OK becaue the engine was in the back!

That theory could hold water if the intake is up and back compared to your normal grille/bumper/fender intake opening in a normal front engined setup. It looks like the intake runs to both side scoops, so depending on the shape of the ducting, it could work. Looking at the video, the water only touches the scoops when it's stopped. So it looks like they were right, but probably didn't know why

Any vehicle with a high intake would also have done just fine. Many off-roaders add the snorkel. On an episode of Wheeler Dealers they added the snorkel to an older Land Rover.
But you're right; our Jr. High news readers would have no clue as to why that car was able to traverse that pool. I wonder how much water got inside the cockpit...
