From what I've seen, not too bad. You could always install the '03+ headlights and there wouldn't be a gap.....

I don't think the gap looks too bad on my '02 but I plan on adding the newer style headlights anyway once I get the angel eyes installed in them...

Here's one of the threads which shows the best pic (I think) of the gap - I don't think it's that noticeable from farther away though

Rear bumper would require replacement of trunk lid and lights right only?
