Have bought new Lincoln. Looking to sell privately our 2004 LS. Want to sell for fair price, would like opinions.

New tires, Goodyear (cost $700) installed at 304,000 miles
No oil or fluid leaks
Paint excellent, no dents or scrapes
Interior excellent, no tears or stains
2 doors will not lock with key FOB, must lock/unlock manually
Synthetic oil used since purchase, changed every 3,000 miles
