Replace Exhaust Manifold and/or gasket - '94 Mark VIII

Need some general guidance on how difficult replacing an exhaust manifold and/or gasket is on '94 Mark VIII. Seeing a small amount of oil frequently where manifold and cat join (Driver's side). Any replacement info/experience would be greatly appreciated!!!

Oil doesn't run to or in the exhaust manifold. The problem is somewhere higher, such as the valve cover gasket.
