Lincoln LS Replacement

I'm looking to replace my 2001 Lincoln LS V8 with 221,000 miles for a newer 2006 LS with 49,700 miles. This newer Lincoln is Florida one owner.
He's asking $7750 which according to KBB is $2000 on the high side. What do you think about this car, I provided the link, thanks in advance.

I think I would bookmark the seller and wait for the price to become reasonable.
