Driver Settings not being saved

Can anyone give insight as to why my driver settings do not get saved after I set to keep on or off certain functions. I set the reverse mirrors to off mode but it won't remember that so then I will have to keep setting it back to off. Does it have to do with the door switch possible mallfuctioning?

Is it on? and are you setting it to driver 1 or 2?

Press 1 or 2 button for the memory seats on the door panel and then go in the menu and chose what you want on or off. It should say something like "driver setting saved". If it doesn't, move your seat just a tiny bit and it should save the seat position and your settings. Make sure you are also using the same key fob which activates either 1 or 2 when you unlock. Because you don't want to have the key fob which activates driver 2 while your settings are saved on driver 1.
