Damaged Side Mirror

Somebody backed into my side mirror leaving a big white streak on my black mirror. Also, the mirror is a little loose now, you can move it back and forth. Does anyone know any products that can take the other cars paint off but not affect mine in any way? Also, does anyone know how I can reconnect the mirror so it's as tight as it was? Thanks

There are three bolts holding the mirror on. You will have to take the door panel off and then the inside trim around the top of the window. This will allow you to see the three bolts that hold the mirror on.

As for removing marks, I'd recommend any good polish or light compound.
