Concern about a Hybrid MKZ

Hey guys,
I'm planning to buy my next car. I found a 2016 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid online and it looks very neat. However my concern is about the battery. How to check the battery life? Do I need to replace the battery every x0,000 miles? Thanks.

My wife bought a 2014 with 15,000 miles. CPO. It now has 110,000 miles. It has been a fabulous car. Gets 41mpg all the time. Looks and runs like new. We paid 0 for maintenance except for a couple of scheduled trips. It did spring 2 small transmission leaks which were handled by the CPO 100,000 mile warrantee. If u can find one that is a CPO and reasonably priced, I would not hesitate to spring for it.
