Umm I've had a 2001 ls and a 2000 ls I like my deville and I got a new motor .. I'd take. This car over my 01 any day

not sure how to diagnose this; but the wipers aren't working the fluid comes out. checked the fuse looks good.
no fuse for wipers. it is a direct activated switch.
disconnect wire harness at motor above brake booster.
use DVOM to.check for battery voltage on female side of harness with ignition switch on and wipers stalk activated.
if you get voltage the wiper motor is bad.
if you.dont get voltage the turn signal switch is bad.
