VII Deadly Sins

ok i have a 90 mark vii with a reacently rebuilt aod and for the last month its been fine i replaced the shifter cable and the gromet for the throtle throw down on i checked the lower horseshoe clamp on the throwdown its fine as well as the the arm is fastened down right. now when mytranny is cold it shifts fine drive like 5 miles and let it warm up and it starts to act up i can hear a slight tinging rattle from around where the tranny is not to shure what that is but im concerned .now once it starts acting up it will not :q:q:q:q it to 3rd until 4 grand un less i pound it then it will :q:q:q:q allright for a little while.now my tranny guy said that it might be a valve locking up in the tranny due to some gunk he recomended to just try to rock it back and forth to maybe break it free but i got nothing so my question is if any of you have ran in to this and if so please help cause id rather not buy a nother tranny if its going to mess up over this thanks- VII Deadly Sins
